Returns Policy

  1. Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window (as mentioned in the box below) if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts, defective or different from their description on the product detail page. Any such return or refund request would be accepted only when accompanied by legitimate images and videos which confirm and establish that products are in a condition which is damages, defective, or incomplete, as the case may be.

  2. Return will be processed only if: 
    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • the product requested for is identical from what was shipped to you;
    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  1. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect product ordered.

  2. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

  3. No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy. You shall be liable for shipping charges for the return.

  4. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you. Any such request for refund should be made within 7-10 days of receipt of product.

  5. In the rare circumstance of an order/ booking not getting confirmed for any reason whatsoever, we will process the refund of the booking amount paid and intimate the customer about the same. Aanya Wellness is not under any obligation to provide an alternate product/ booking in lieu of or to compensate or replace the unconfirmed booking. All subsequent bookings will be treated as new transactions. Any applicable refund will be processed as per the defined policies of or relevant third- party vendor, as the case may be.

  6. Refunds, if any, on cancelled bookings will always be processed to the respective account or the banking instrument (credit card, wallet etc.) from which payment was made for that booking. Refunds would be made pro-rate and determined on use of product or services.

  7. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds.

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 05 days from the delivery of the product.

Return Policy




  1. Any membership/ single session of wellness services bought or booked on is non-transferrable and non-refundable. Aanya Wellness provides an opportunity for rescheduling such session on two occasions. However, if you don’t show up for the session, amount shall be forfeited.

  2. There shall be no cancellation or refund in case you experience any network issues for online sessions, however, subject to assessment of the wellness expert, if there is any network issue at the end of wellness expert conducting the session, the wellness expert shall mutually reschedule the session as per mutually convenient time.

  3. In the event, our wellness expert must reschedule the session due to any reason whatsoever, we shall offer you three time slots, and you may opt for any one of the given timeslots. Such rescheduling shall be done only once.

  4. We shall make three attempts to reach out to you for rescheduling the sessions. Should you choose not to confirm the session, your booking amount shall be forfeited.



  1. Aanya Wellness reserves its right to cancel the booking being made by you or even amend the same, if necessary without assigning any reasons thereof. Such amendment or cancellation may be due to circumstances beyond the control of Aanya Wellness. As per the policy, Aanya Wellness in its best endeavours shall book alternate hotels for you, after confirming the dates with you. However, at no point of time shall Aanya Wellness be responsible or liable to pay any compensation or damage or any other expense or business loss suffered by you due to the cancellation or amendment of the tour package booked by you.

    In case you wish to cancel the package booked, you must notify us in writing through email. Only after the receipt of the same by our staff, it shall be deemed that the said communication has been received by us. The cancellation charges shall apply, irrespective of the reason for cancellation whatsoever, including medical emergency or pregnancy. You understand and acknowledge that these charges are genuine and are the pre-estimate of the damages that Aanya Wellness will suffer on account of cancellation being made by you. Further in group bookings, if the cancellations are being made due to any reasons, it shall increase the cost of the entire group which cost cannot be burdened upon other group members traveling, so the cancellation charges are on higher side in order to mitigate that loss which the company has to bear on account of you not traveling. However, our Company in its best endeavour tries to mitigate the loss as minimum as possible on you in terms of the cancellation policy. You further acknowledge that said cancellation charges are explained to you at the time of booking and You univocally agree that the said cancellation charges shall be paid by you without any dispute.
  1. There can be exceptional circumstances where the third-party vendors like the airlines, hotels, the respective transportation providers or concerns may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. If Aanya Wellness is informed in advance of such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative or refund the booking amount after reasonable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective third- party vendor. You acknowledge that Aanya Wellness being an agent for facilitating the booking services shall not be responsible for any such circumstances and the customer(s) have to contact that third- party vendor directly for any further resolutions and refunds. The maximum liability of Aanya Wellness in such events will be to refund the booking amount subject to receipt from the third- party vendor(s).

  2. The participating hotel reserves the right of admission and has no say whatsoever in admission or denial for admission by the hotel. Unmarried or unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in by some hotels as per their policies. Similarly, accommodation may be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time check-in or owing to medical reasons as cited by such hotels. Some hotels may also not allow local residents to check-in as guests. Aanya Wellness will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason or any other reason not under the control of Aanya Wellness. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check- in under such circumstances.

  3. Under no circumstances can Aanya Wellness be held liable for failure on part of a hotel to accommodate a customer with a confirmed booking, the standard of service or any insufficiency in the services, or any other service-related issues at the hotel. The liability of Aanya Wellness in case of denial of check-in by a hotel for any reason what-so-ever including over-booking, system or technical errors, or unavailability of rooms etc., will be limited to either providing a similar alternate accommodation at the discretion of Aanya Wellness (subject to availability at that time), or refunding the booking amount (to the extent paid) to the customer. You shall resolve any other service-related issues directly with the hotel.

  4. Bookings can only be cancelled through the app or the website; offline cancellations are not permitted. Service charges levied by Aanya Wellness are non-refundable.



Aanya Wellness is only a facilitator and any refund for any service(s) which are not delivered by the third-party vendors or for any reason for which the customer entitled for a refund is subject to Aanya Wellness receiving the amount from the said third-party vendor. Customer acknowledges that Aanya Wellness shall not be held liable for any delay in refund or non-refund of the amount from the respective third- party vendor(s) of Aanya Wellness. In such events the customer(s) shall directly approach the third-party vendor(s) for any claims.
