Mrs. Alka Jagbir (owner of Tattva Yoga) was Born in Udaipur, a lady with caring and positive attitude.
She is a Postgraduate in Organic Chemistry and B.Ed.
She is a certified trainer of yoga (YTTC 500hours), nutrition and Ayurveda with ashth yoga and yoga alliance USA, also certified soft skills trainer. She has co-authored a book “Tattva Yoga” with her mentor Dr Anjum Padyal.
Having rich experience of working with schools and corporates and very well aware of the pressure and stress of both, she is now on the mission of making people healthy with yoga and nutrition with her knowledge and skills.
