Why attend the workshop?
In this class, participants discover how to use expressive writing to improve their emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual wellness. Learn how releasing your feelings through writing can help you feel less stressed, clear your head, and enhance your health. Investigate the use of writing as a potent self-care and self-discovery tool.
‘Tushti’ means happy contentment -the contentment that one derives from life through absolute emotional wellness. But how to derive that?
Artistic skills of writing and body movement lead to internal healing when emotions are recognised, vented out, assembled and comprehended either through writing them down or expressed physically. When one can do that, what comes out is pure healing.
These three aspects of writing, movement & healing together bring Emotional Wellness, which elevates work productivity, sensibility, skills building, comprehension and holistic growth as a person.
