I’ve been using the nasal drops by Ayurva since early 2020. I contracted the Covid virus in its most virulent Delta mutation during the second wave of Covid-19 in India. The use of these nasal drops twice-thrice a day really helped me and my family keep our upper respiratory tracts clear and slow down the spread of the virus in our own opinion. I beleive from personal experience that a good nasal drop and regular practice of nysya along with regular pranayama is very useful in maintaining respiratory and sinus health, and consequently the health of the gut (by prevention of ama build up). These Ayurva drops have been the perfect companion for me in this regard. Post Covid, I’ve been using them once a day (one drop per nostril) at night, and it has also helped me manage the issues and allergies I sometimes face due to a scar within my nostril. I’ll highly recommend these. It might take getting used to since these are a bit strong, but they are effective and last long.
