Some recent phenomena had grabbed the fitness enthusiast and healthy diet & lifestyle seeker to get attracted by some fancy sounding diet program which worked magic for some. Though I love that people value their health and appreciate the importance of diet but little they know that they are falling trap for “Diet Cult” As a health coach I can’t emphasize more the importance of customization of diet for everyone as no two people have same eating preference, metabolism, lifestyle or health issue.
