Divyanshi is a Cognitive Hypnotic Psychotherapist and a Counselling Psychologist who has been seeing individual and corporate clients for issues ranging from anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues and lifestyle improvement. She also works as a Pre and Postnatal therapist/Counsellor. She believes that the journey of every client is UNIQUE and DIFFERENT therefore adopts a multi-therapy approach for every client.
These sessions will be taken by an experienced counselling psychologist / cognitive hypnotic psychotherapist.
As youth we go through multiple emotions during the day and sometimes figuring out these emotions and managing them can be critical that’s where these counselling and therapy sessions will help you to understand your emotions and how to manage them more healthily in your life.
We will have 3 sessions of 45 – 60 mins in 1 month.
