Divyanshi Lohiya is a Cognitive Hypnotic Psychotherapist and a Counselling Psychologist.
She also works as a Yoga teacher and a Pre and post-Natal counsellor/ therapist.
She believes that we cannot always control what happens in the outer world but we can always work on the inner world.
She believes that we get triggered only when we are fully loaded and using mindfulness we can ensure that we are not fully loaded.
These sessions will be taken by an experienced counselling psychologist / cognitive hypnotic psychotherapist.
She is also a certified yoga trainer and pre and post-Natal therapist.
These mindfulness sessions will not only teach you how to apply mindfulness in your day-to-day activities but also incorporate that into your subconscious level.
Being mindful about your day and activities does not only affect your mental health but also affects your physical health.
Sessions will Include
- Different mindfulness activities.
- How to apply those activities in your day-to-day life.
- How each activity will bring change to your body and mind.
We will have 3 sessions of 45 – 60 mins in 1 month.
