3 Heal from your Traumas sessions by Divyanshi Lohiya

Divyanshi is a Cognitive Hypnotic Psychotherapist and a Counselling Psychologist. She’ll be using trauma-focused therapy for dealing with traumas.
The healing process can be different for different people and in these sessions, we will learn about your process.

These sessions will be taken by an experienced counselling psychologist / cognitive hypnotic psychotherapist.

Unhealed trauma can reflect on our current behaviours and can create multiple limiting beliefs.

These limiting beliefs can create an unhealthy coping mechanism.

In these sessions, we will learn about different traumas that an individual has been through and the limiting beliefs that were formed due to these traumas.

We will have 3 sessions of 45 – 60 mins in 1 month.
